Quantaurus-QY绝对量子产率测量仪是一种紧凑，操作便捷的测量仪，基于滨松已经开发的C9920-02，-02G / 03，-03G系统而研发，主要用于测量绝对光致发光量子产率。该测量仪操作简单，加载样品并按下开始按钮，在短时间内测量光致发光量子产率，激发波长依赖性，PL激发光谱和其他数据。它采用绝对测量法，不需要已知的参考标准，相比较传统相对方法，该产品的性能更加优异。该产品可以分析不同形式的样品 - 薄膜，固体，粉末和溶液，并且可以用液氮将液体样品冷却至-196℃（77K）。主要应用：有机发光材料
